Singapore Sling

The Singapore Sling is a classic gin-based cocktail known for its vibrant pink colour, sweet and tart flavour profile, and refreshing taste.

Ingredients

·     45 ml All Day Gin

·     15 ml Cherry Brandy

·     10 ml Triple Sec

·     10 ml Benedictine

·     50 ml pineapple juice

·     15 ml lime juice

·     2 dashes Angostura bitters

·     Grenadine syrup to taste

·     Soda water to top up glass

Garnish: orange slice

Garnish: cherry

Steps

1.       Add into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

2.       Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, and top with the club soda.

3.       Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Wet Martini

Wet Martini

The Wet Martini is a sophisticated twist on the classic Martini, offers a more nuanced and spirit-forward experience for Martini enthusiasts. It allows the gin to really shine.

Ingredients

·     60 ml London Dry gin

·     15 ml dry vermouth

Garnish: lemon twist

Steps

1.       Add the gin and dry vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice. 

2.       Stir smoothly for 30–45 seconds until well chilled.

3.       Strain into a chilled Martini glass.

4.       Garnish with a lemon twist.

Silver Fizz

Silver Fizz

The Silver Fizz is a classic cocktail known for its beautiful presentation and refreshing taste. The crispness of the citrus and gin are balance by the sweetness of the sugar and the egg foam gives the cocktail richness.

Ingredients

·     1 teaspoon white granulated sugar orsugar syrup

·     30 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed

·     60 ml London Dry gin

·     15 ml organic egg white (about 1 egg)

·     Soda Water, chilled, to top up glass

Steps

1.       Add the sugar and lemon juice into a shaker andstir.

2.       Add the gin and the egg white and vigorouslydry-shake (without ice).

3.       Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.

4.       Strain into a chilled Collins glass.

5.       Top with the club soda.

Long Island Ice Tea

Long Island Ice Tea

The Long Island Ice Tea originates from the 1970s in New York. There is no tea in this cocktail just a rich blend of gin, tequila, rum and vodka.

Ingredients

·     15 ml All Day Gin

·     15 ml Vodka

·     15 ml Silver Tequila

·     15 ml White Rum

·     15 ml Triple Sec

·     30 ml Lemon Juice

·     20 ml Simple Syrup

·     Cola, chilled, to top up glass

·     Ice

·     Garnish: Lemon

Steps

1.       Fill a highball glass with ice

2.       Pour all ingredients into the glass (without cola).

3.       Top up with cola.

4.       Gently stir.
